Reservations are to be made in advance. To make a reservation, please feel free to call us at 843.661.3801. Online Reservations are also available for your convenience. A Major Credit Card is required to hold your reservation. All Sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
Because Spa Reservations are reserved specifically for you, we ask that you notify the spa a minimum of 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% charge for the service. All no-show appointments will be charged full value.
Please read the following guidelines so we can get back in touch as safely as possible.
1. Reservations must be made in advance for your service.
2. We ask the you wait in your car if you arrive before your scheduled appointment time. Our locker rooms and lounge will be closed at this time.
3. We ask that you wear a clean cloth mask or disposable face mask to your appointment and if your service allows to keep it on.
4. Upon entering the Spa please immediately sanitize your hands at our sanitation stations.
5. Please Reschedule your appointment if you have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid or that has Covid like symptoms.
6. Please Reschedule if you have any of the following symptoms: Cough, fever, shortness of breath, respiratory illness, diarrhea or vomiting or feeling unwell.
